Cancellation Policy

At The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM), we aim to ensure our cancellation policy is fair to both faculty and delegates. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are made with sufficient notice to allow effective planning and to offer places to other delegates where possible.

Cancellations with Notice
If you wish to cancel your booking, please provide a minimum of 28 working days’ notice during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00) by emailing info@thearm.co.uk. Emails received outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next working day, and the notice period will begin from that point.

Cancellations made with more than 28 working days before the course/ training start date.

• No charges will apply.
• You may defer your booking to the next scheduled course (subject to availability).
Deferred places must be undertaken within twelve months of the original course date. Failure to do so will result in the full course fee being payable upon future booking and will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you prefer a refund, this will be processed minus any applicable payment provider fees, which will be communicated prior to issuing the refund.

Cancellations made between 14 – 28 working days before the course/ training start date.

• A 50% of the course fee will be processed minus any applicable payment processing charges. Fee’s will be clearly communicated prior to the refund being processed.
• You may defer your booking to the next scheduled course (subject to availability). Deferred places must be undertaken within twelve months. Failure to do so will result in the full course fee being charged on any future booking, without eligibility for a refund.

Cancellations made with less than 14 working days before the course/ training start date.

• You may defer your booking to the next scheduled course (subject to availability). Deferred places must be undertaken within twelve months. Failure to do so will result in the full course fee being charged on any future booking, without eligibility for a refund.
• No refund will be offered.

Non – attendance/ same day cancellation

• Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full course fee being charged, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

Courses Held at External Locations

For delegates attending courses held at external venues, please note that additional venue or administrative fees may apply. These will be communicated in advance and will be the responsibility of the delegate.
