Day 1

The course includes an advanced masterclass on PRP including basic science, evidence base behind PRP and also clinical applications. We have for the first time incorporated a certified Venepuncture training course! Delegates will also get to practice on different PRP system available in the UK and international markets.

Day 2

Delegates spend the whole day in an anatomy lab practicing ultrasound guided injection of the upper and lower limb joints and soft tissue structures. This is on fresh frozen whole-body specimens for the most realistic and problem-solving training approach to USS guided injections. You will have to move and position extremities as you would in real patients to get access for your injections.

11:00 – 12:30 Ultrasound guided PRP Injections of the upper limb including shoulder, elbow and wrist

13:30 – 15:00 Ultrasound guided PRP Injections of the lower limb including: hip, knee and soft tissues
15:00 – 15:15 BREAK
15:15 – 16:15 Ultrasound guided PRP injections of the foot and ankle
16:15 – 16:30 Debrief and close
