Terms and Conditions

Please find below the Terms and Conditions under which The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM) provides training services. Please ensure you read and fully understand them before booking onto any of our training courses or programmes. Course/ Training  Bookings

To secure your place, please visit our website, select the desired course, and complete the booking form. If you have any queries regarding your eligibility, please contact our team, who will be pleased to assist.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant course details, usually within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, please check your spam or junk folder. Should confirmation not be received, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.

TARM cannot accept responsibility for missed training sessions due to non-receipt of confirmation emails. For course content details, please refer to the agenda available on our website under the respective course.

Invoice and Payment

Full Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place and confirm enrolment.

Payment Plans

  • Please contact our team to discuss bespoke payment plan options. All instalments must be paid in full before attending the course.

Alternative Payment Methods

Payments may also be made by telephone at a convenient time arranged with a member of our team. Accepted payment methods include BACS, online payment, or debit/credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

Failure to Pay

Delegates who have not completed payment will not be permitted to attend the course.

Confirmation

Once payment is received, your place will be confirmed.

Card Details

Card details are securely processed via Stripe, ensuring that TARM does not have access to full card information.

Postponed Course/ Training Dates

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond TARM’s reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics), courses may be postponed. Delegates will be notified and either secured a place on the next available course or offered a full refund, less any applicable payment processing fees. TARM shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of such postponements.

Deferred places must be undertaken within twelve months of the original course date. Failure to do so will result in the full course fee being payable upon rebooking, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Attendance/ Same day cancellation 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your allocated training date, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible.  Please note that if an email is received outside of the academy’s operational hours 09.00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, then your request will be considered on the next available working day.

Refund Policy / Changing Your Mind

At TARM, we strive to deliver honest, ethical, and high-quality training through experienced faculty and quality products. 

All courses/ training is delivered on a competency basis. Delegates are responsible for confirming insurance coverage for procedures taught. For details of our cancellation policy, please refer to the website or contact info@thearm.co.uk.

Refunds will not be offered if a delegate cancels outside the specified timeframes or fails to attend, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

Right to Refuse Training

The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM) reserves the right to refuse training to any delegate who does not meet the specified eligibility criteria or lacks the necessary qualifications required for the course. Eligibility checks will be conducted prior to the commencement of training. In the event that a delegate proceeds with booking and payment but is subsequently found to be ineligible to attend, TARM reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, a £50.00 administration fee will be deducted, along with any applicable payment provider processing charges, which may vary.

Professional Responsibility

All delegates attending our training courses are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional responsibility throughout their training. Delegates must ensure they possess the appropriate professional qualifications which is outlined within the eligibility criteria for each specific course such as GMC, NMC, HCPC etc, registrations, and insurance coverage relevant to their clinical practice and scope of work. It is each delegate’s responsibility to apply the knowledge and skills gained during training safely, ethically, and within the boundaries of their professional competence and local regulatory requirements. The Academy accepts no liability for any misuse or misapplication of techniques taught, and delegates are reminded that patient safety and best practice must always remain their primary concern.

Intellectual property

All training materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, course content, and supporting documents provided by The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM), remain the intellectual property of TARM at all times. These materials are supplied exclusively for the personal use of attending delegates and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or shared with any third party without the prior written consent of TARM. Delegates are prohibited from copying, modifying, or using the materials for commercial purposes or for training others without express permission. Any unauthorised use or disclosure of TARM’s intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Data Protection & Privacy 

The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all delegates attending our courses. All personal information collected during the booking process and throughout the course will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Delegate details will be used solely for the purposes of course administration, communication, and certification, and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law. Delegates are required to complete a multimedia consent form prior to the start of the course. For marketing purposes, please be aware that there may be professional videographers and photographers present during training sessions. We kindly ask all delegates to respect each other’s privacy by avoiding appearing in photographs or videos where possible. Where faces are unintentionally captured, every effort will be made to ensure they are blurred or obscured in any published material.

Please note that the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited while training is being undertaken, in line with the Human Tissue Act 2004 and TARM’s confidentiality standards. Any delegate found recording or photographing without explicit authorisation will be held personally liable for any resulting breach of privacy or data protection. Delegates have the right to access, amend, or request the deletion of their personal data held by TARM at any time. By booking onto our course, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above. Delegate Satisfaction & Complaints

The Academy of Regenerative Medicine (TARM) is dedicated to delivering high-quality training and ensuring that every delegate has a positive and valuable learning experience. We welcome all feedback, as it helps us maintain and continually improve the standards of our courses. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of your training, we ask that you raise this with us as soon as possible, either in person, by telephone, or in writing. Our team will investigate any complaints promptly, fairly, and with full confidentiality. A copy of our formal complaints policy is available on request, and we are committed to resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

We do not routinely offer refunds if the training does not meet your expectations. 

Should you have concerns, please contact the team outlining the areas of concern so an internal investigation can be carried out. We aim to respond within 30 working days with our findings and any decision on the outcome.

TARM will not be held liable for economic losses (e.g., loss of earnings).

Health and safety disclaimer 

Delegates attending any course/ training held by or in conjunction with The Academy of

Regenerative Medicine are required to comply fully with all health and safety instructions provided by our faculty and staff throughout the training. While every effort is made to ensure that the training environment is safe and that best practices are followed, delegates have a professional responsibility to exercise due care and attention when participating in practical sessions, handling equipment, and performing injection techniques. Delegates are also expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, showing respect for fellow delegates, faculty, and staff, and ensuring that everyone is able to learn in a safe and supportive environment. TARM accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to adhere to health and safety guidelines, from disrespectful behaviour, or from negligence on the part of the delegate. By attending the course, each delegate confirms they are medically fit to participate in practical elements and agree to follow all reasonable instructions to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment for themselves and others.

Certificates

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be requested to complete a feedback form. Once we have received your completed feedback, your course certificate will be issued and sent to you as a PDF via email.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued for training that has already been undertaken. Refunds will not be issued for missed training or non-attendance without prior cancellation in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Early bird and promotional offers:

Discount codes and early bird booking offers are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly (for example, on forums, social media, or discount websites). They are intended for individual use only, as specified by TARM, and cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

If a discount code is shared without authorisation or used inappropriately, TARM reserves the right to cancel the discount, request full payment, void the booking, and deny participation in future promotional offers. Should a refund be requested, this will be processed minus any payment provider processing charges. The team will clearly communicate the amount of any deductions prior to issuing the refund.

TARM also reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Business Representatives

At times, business representatives may be present at our courses to showcase the latest devices, equipment, or products. TARM is not responsible for any offers made by such companies. Any contract resulting from such offers is strictly between the individual business and the delegate.
